Target registry removed

So something went pretty haywire with the target registry and it wasn't removing items that were already purchased causing some general mayhem so we just took it down. Hope that doesn't inconvenience anyone...see you soon!

Our honorably-mentioned home!

So the main reason we had the house photos (below) taken, was to enter a home design competition being held by one of our favorite designers/site of one of our wedding registries Jonathan Adler. While we didn't win any grand prizes we did receive an honorable mention and a stamp of approval...check it out!

Pictures of our new house!

So back in June we moved into our first house! Finally we have some documentation. Thanks to my good pal (and 1/2 of the best man team) Flem for bringing his fancy photography gear over and helping us capture our masterpiece. Big thanks to my mom and dad also for helping out (and especially making curtains)!

Morocc-and roll!

So for our honeymoon we're heading to Morocco!

We're going to be spending 7 days or so in Marrakech and taking a train to Tangier where we'll spend 3 days. Below are some pictures of where we're staying in Marrakech. They have all these former palaces and mansions there that have been converted into guesthouses called riads. There are probably hundreds throughout the city, and they all look pretty amazing. We're really excited about ours because it is tallest building in the area so there are great views from the roof terrace. Also there's such crazy ornamentation and tilework EVERYWHERE that is completely mind-boggling. We can't wait!
